Customer Service Representative

Job Description

AP Professionals is seeking qualified CSR candidates to join great Rochester companies! Positions may be temporary, temp to hire, or direct hire! Various industries and atmospheres, both small and large companies. Most often Monday-Friday days (range from 8 am to 8 pm), but occasionally hours include evenings or weekends

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls, providing answers to various questions/concerns, processing orders, tracking shipments, general customer service support
  • Some positions seek a bilingual English/Spanish rep to join their team!

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years MINIMUM consistent experience working in a professional call center environment, a proven track record of success including no involuntary terminations, positive supervisory references, and intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, and Data Entry
  • Medical Insurance experience and/or use of Facets is a plus!
  • These are not negotiable and you will not be considered if you do not meet the minimum requirements
