Be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. There are multiple entry points, this is not a one-size-fits-all career opportunity. Salaries are also not one-size-fits-all. Farmers will provide a base salary and ample support to get you started. Our high-performing agents not only determine their own salaries, but are also rewarded through Farmer's generous bonus program.
