General Healthcare Resources, has been a leading provider of quality healthcare professionals in the Nursing, Therapy, Pharmacy and Behavioral Health fields, since 1993.  We provide Per Diem, Contract and Direct Placement services to our numerous healthcare clients.

We are currently seeking a Staffing Manager for our Burlington, New Jersey office.

The Staffing Manager is responsible to manage and drive the profitability and growth of our New Jersey Nursing Division.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, developing and directing staff and recruiting resources.
Works to inspire, motivate and develop staff to achieve office and individual goals.
Leads by example and demonstrates a hands-on approach.

Operations Management

  • Manages operations and staff productivity. Leading by example.
  • Maintains knowledge of staffing and nursing industry, trends, local market and competitors
  • Effectively manages all client and candidate relationships

Administration

  • Manages New Jersey Nursing Divisions adherence to company policy and procedures.
  • Maintains accountability for division’s profitability and growth
  • Utilizes staffing and recruitment tools effectively and ensures proper documentation for all communication with candidates and clients

 Staff Management / Development

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills; leads and motivates staff to achieve office and individual goals, creates focus and strong relationships
  • Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients
  • Provides training and ongoing development including balanced and timely feedback on performance
  • Creates environment for  open communication and collaboration among staff

Job Requirements

STAFFING MANAGER

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in the staffing industry is a must.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills.  
  • The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
  • A clear understanding of meeting quotas and sales numbers.
  • The ability to build relationships with clients.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • The ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • A strong work ethic motivated by results.
  • A desire to have fun at work.
