Job Description

A successful food distributor seeks an Administrative/Personal Assistant to join their Chicago office to help support 2 owners. The Personal Assistant will help with the over flow of Sales and Operations and help keep owners organized and efficient. The ideal Personal Assistant will have 2-3 years of experience working for private business owners. 


Responsibilities of the Administrative/Personal Assistant:

  • Maintain calendar and arrange appointments
  • Organize overflow of work and keep systems running efficiently
  • Oversee and help maintain real estate property
  • Assist with personal errands and support
  • Various other tasks as necessary





Job Requirements

Requirements of the Administrative/Personal Assistant:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience of personal assistance for a private business owner
  • Must be able to multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
