Job Description


Enterprise Messaging Team (EMT) manages the planning and implementing activities to provide server architecture and administration systems in order to deliver email and messaging needs for the entire UCDHS enterprise. In response to institutional requirements, the EMT provides technological leadership and support services to the area of Lotus Notes and Domino server.-- Possess 2-3 years of Lotus Notes/Domino system administration experience, showing proficiency in:
-- Lotus Notes/Domino 8.x
-- System Administration
-- System Architecture
-- Database Replication and Clustering
-- Database Backup and Restore
-- Possess Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online experience, showing proficiency in:
-- Office 365 Wave 15 or later
-- Account and Services Administration
-- System Architecture
-- Microsoft PowerShell
-- Possess mobile device management experience, showing proficiency in:
-- Apple iOS 6.x, 7.x and later
-- Blackberry 5.x, 6.x, 7.x and later
-- Possess an understanding of network technology (hardware and software) and its applications in a business environment.
-- Experience supporting a large Lotus Notes/Domino environment of 10,000 users or more.
-- strong networking and/or computer support experience.
