OneTouch Direct has an immediate need for a full time Performance Supervisor.

The Performance Supervisor leads a group of Sales Reps.  They also play an integral part in the growth of their teams.  The Performance Supervisor directs and coaches the sales teams in the sales process, manages customer satisfaction throughout, mentors and develops their direct reports and builds relationships.  The Performance Supervisor focuses particular attention on leading the sales team in focusing on sales growth and employee development.

Hours: Flexible

Compensation: $26,832k-$37,152k

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ensure that agents/team are maintaining satisfactory Sales and Quality performance scorecards
  • Aid in the creation of daily/quarterly/yearly department incentive/reward programs and ensure their implementation
  • Communication of key agent and team issues with all members of the Call Center management team and active participation in department meetings
  • Be aware of Sales and Call Center metrics, as provided by management , on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Be aware of teams agent status/ACD state at all times by monitoring Queues and ensuring agents are logged in and available at all times when they are scheduled to be available in the queue
  • Proactive in identifying agent and team level areas needing improvement and identify and execute ways to increase productivity and compliance
  • Other reasonable business requests as necessary made by any member of management
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales employees, which normally consists of 16 sales repos
  • Brainstorm and develop new suggested solutions to grow sales results
  • Keep abreast of information and product developments
  • Create and maintain a good team spirit
  • Develop a good understanding of their customer base industries, business objectives and business trends
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years successful call center experience preferred
  • 1 to 3 years Sales Management (supervisory) experience preferred
  • Preferred candidate must have demonstrated in previous roles: strong leadership skills, an ability to operate in positions requiring significant self direction and motivation, and proven track record in consultative selling solutions
