Looking for an outstanding Secretary with excellent Administrative Skills who is a quick learner and has superb multi-tasking ability. This position will provide administrative support to office staff. Duties include general secretarial, administrative and project based work. Looking for someone with previous construction company experience as well as proficiency in Word and Excel. You must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
1. Answer multi-line telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Submitting contractor agreements, inputting purchase orders and keeping track of submimttals.
5. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
6. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
7. Work with client specific purchase order system to create purchase orders.
8. Research, price, and purchase office supplies and products.
9. Support staff in assigned project based work.
10. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) must be proficient.
2. Require professional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong Math Skills a MUST.
