DYNAMIC TEAM PLAYERS
PASSION, PRIDE and PURPOSE
Responsible for customer financial services activity in the dealership. Coordinates financial services transactions between Salespeople, Sales/Floor Managers, customers and lenders.
o Adhere to all F&I policies and procedures
o Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to F&I
o Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
o Adhere to F&I Interview/Menu Selling Process
o Contract deals
o Maintain proper lender mix including Captives and Preferred Lenders
o Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
o Maximize all insurance product profits and penetration
o Log all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
o Maintain chargeback’s at an acceptable level
o Assist sales teams in following up with non-delivered sold units
o Verify lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies
o Verify all customer signatures
o Copy all non-prime documents to maintain in the Deal Jacket
o Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts in house at delivery
o Assist the sales team with profit structure
** Minimum 120 days Experience in Automotive Finance**
** Live within a 60 minute drive to work
