Responsibilities:

 

  • Prioritize, organize and assist with the overall project and client workflow.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to management, as well as the entire team.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis.
  • Perform data entry of client information into the internal software system.
  • Answer, screen and transfer phone calls.
  • Contact clients' to gather missing or incorrect information

 

    Job Requirements

    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

    • Must have 1-2 years’ of customer service or administrative experience

    • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

    • Exceptional attention to detail
