Job Description

Our Sales and Service depts combined CSI was #1 in the Nation for 2015.

In 2016, our Fixed First visit is #1 in the Western United States and #2 in the Nation.

Our Service Dept Overall Satisfaction index is #2 in the Western United States and #3 in the Nation.

 

We are looking for true Service Consultants, not just Service Writers or Service Advisors.

We handle about 10-12 clients a day from start to finish. It is about true client relationship building.

We have a fleet of 120+ loaner cars to make the experience better for our guests.

We DO NOT have a discount mentality. We have a Client Experience mentality.

We have a full staff of Valets to help our clients and assist our Consultants.

We have more Master Level Lexus Technicians than other stores in the area. This is partially why our Fixed First Visit scores are unprecedented.

We are also a strong Service Sales organization. We combine high level customer service, high level CSI, AND we have high RO averages all at the same time.
