Appeals Specialist

Job Description

•Length of assignment about 3 months, Temp-to-hire based on performance
•Day to day will be processing enrollment complaints
•Top skills needed: Analytical, attention to detail, and verbal/written
•Enrollment-related experience a plus, any grievance and appeals claims/analyst experience a plus
•Must have analytical skills, attention to detail, and good verbal/written communication

Job Requirements

Experience in Enrollment, Appeals & Grievance, Claims, and/or Billing is very helpful. The experience does not have to be limited to any of these but the position requires that we handle cases in these various areas. 2-4 years healthcare experience. We are looking for someone with a degree in a related field but will consider that requirement met with experience if the person does not have one.
