Job Description

Title:  Talent Sourcer/Technical Recruiter

Minneapolis, MN

 ATR International is a dynamic and exciting technology staffing firm focused on servicing Fortune 500 clients. We are experiencing tremendous growth throughout the country and as a result are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN.  Recent grads are encouraged to apply!
         
-Work with clients to write and evaluate job descriptions
-Source candidates using internal database, various Internet sites, schools, job fairs, outplacement firms and other methods as needed to fill job orders
-Review resumes and evaluate applicants through interview process to reveal job skills, work history, education, training and compensation needs
-Administer tests to evaluate skills
-Document ongoing activity in various databases in the applicant tracking system
-Perform reference checks, employment verifications, request background investigations on applicants
-Schedule interviews and negotiate pay rates for candidates selected by the client
-Prepare new hire paperwork including new-hire checklist, employment agreements and confirmation letters
-Schedule new hire orientation with HR department
-Conduct terminations and related documentation
-Perform follow up calls with employees on start date, 1-2 weeks after start and monthly thereafter (along with Staffing Coordinator)
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, employees and applicants
-Understand and apply procedures documented in ISO Manual
-Input resumes into the internal database
-Obtain sales leads through networking, reference checks, interviews and other means
-Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.

-Affinity for sales and technology

-2 years of work experience in a customer oriented role

-Prior recruiting/sourcing experience a plus

-Aptitude in IT/Engineering-language a plus

-Must be highly competitive and resourceful

-Effective customer service skills, including good interpersonal skills

-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
