BDC (Business Development Center) Manager

Job Description

BDC Manager – SoCal Penske Dealer Group

 
One of the largest dealer groups in the Western Region is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team at Penske Audi West Covina. We operate large foreign dealerships that are among the highest volume in the Western U.S. Our stores, located in Southern California are large volume stores with large fixed operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Responsible for Sales and Service BDC Departments
  • Training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of the BDC Departments
  • Development of a team that delivers great CSI
  • Monitors and manages relationships with staff, management, vendors, and guests
  • Forecasts goals and objectives for BDC Departments
  • Stays informed on product changes, new products and warranties

Job Requirements

       
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BDC Management 
  • Toyota knowledge and experience preferred, not required
  • Must be driven by financial and career success
  • Excellent verbal/written communications with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to provide proof of results for volume, gross and CSI
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Valid CA Driver’s License is required
