Customer Service and Administrative Support


Sacramento company is expanding it's customer service group and in need of dynamic, engaging personality  for their customer service group.  Self-motivated, detail oriented and energetic demeanor are critical characteristics to success in the workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
  • Effectively, efficiently and professionally answer calls or respond to email   
  • Engage customers and determination of how to assist them, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage delegated  tasks and administrative functions as designated by management within time-frame allotted.
  • Process orders and facilitate billing and general accounting functions
  • Must meet or exceed high standard of service by appropriate, professional and accurate response of product-related inquiries.
  • Must be comfortable on the phones, and have stellar written and verbal communication skills   
  • Must be have sound computer skills 
  • Must be fluent in English, bilingual/Spanish could be helpful.

 

Job Requirements

Individual attributes and requirements:

  • Candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, while maintaining composure
  • Must be detail-oriented, accountable and punctual and professional
  • Must possess 1+ years of customer service, heavy call volume or telemarketing experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be professional and articulate at all times
  • Must enjoy helping people and be absolutely comfortable on the phone
  • Bilingual spoken and written skills a plus
  • Microsoft Office suite experience- Word, Excel.
  • Must be able to type at least 35 wpm

  • Must be able to provide at least 3 positive, verifiable business references from prior employers or supervisors
  • Must provide proof of recent, relevant work history and show true desire to represent PrideStaff and clients in a unquestionably positive manner. 
  • Must have reliable and consistent means of transportation
