Customer Service/Call Center Representative


Full-time, Temporary or Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Sacramento area company is expanding it's customer service group and in need of dynamic, professional and personable customer service representatives to further develop their local call center/support team.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
  • Effectively, fficiently and professionally answer a high volume calls on multi-line phones  
  • Engage customers and determination of how to assist them, and route or transfer calls as is appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage delegated  tasks and administrative functions as designated by management within time-frame allotted.
  • Must meet or exceed high standard of service by appropriate, professional and accurate response of product-related inquiries.
  • Must be comfortable on the phones, and have stellar communication skills   
  • Must be have sound computer skills 
  • Must be fluent in English, able and willing to follow scripting in order to best manage the calls

 

Job Requirements

Individual attributes and requirements:

  • Candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, while maintaining composure
  • Must be detail-oriented, accountable and punctual and professional
  • Must possess 1+ years of customer service or telemarketing experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be professional and articulate at all times
  • Must enjoy helping people and be absolutely comfortable on the phone

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to provide at least 3 positive, verifiable business references from prior employers or supervisors
  • Must provide proof of recent, relevant work history and show true desire to represent PrideStaff and clients in a unquestionably positive manner. 
  • Must have reliable and consistent means of transportation
