Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description: Our Executive Chef will be in charge of all food preparation for restaurants, banquet, and off-site functions. This person will develop our menus along with costing recipes and purchasing specifications. The person in the Executive Chef role should be able to develop and monitor our food and labor cost budgets in the back of the house. They will ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the Back of the House. For special events, the Executive Chef will consult with our Director of Catering Sales and General Manager to implement and plan out menu strategies. ​

  • Minimum of 3-4 years current experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
  • Wood fire Oven background a huge plus
  • Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Executive Chef must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
