Job Description

Our client in the financial district of San Francisco is looking for someone to hit the ground running with their in-house team as Contracts Administrator/Paralegal. You will have at least 5 years experience in drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing various formal, short form, and annual contracts.

You will also be responsible for assisting the legal team with the management of their intellectual property (patent/trademark) portfolio. This includes the application process.

Job Requirements


  • Must have at least 5+ years of contracts administrative experience within a corporation
  • Must have experience with patent/trademark prosecution
  • Biotech or pharma experience is a plus! 
  • Solid ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
