ACCOUNT CLERK/SR. ACCOUNT CLERK - City of Livingston is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to serve as Account Clerk/Sr. Account Clerk. Salary DOQ. Assists with tasks necessary to obtain and operate the City's Administrative Services Department: Main duties will include utility billing, customer account maintenance, scheduling utility meter readings, uploading/downloading water meter data, customer service including taking and processing payments and working closely with other departments. Other functions may include processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, business licenses and other billing functions. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Closing date July 18, 2014.
