Job Description

Sous Chef

If you have a passion for people, service and culinary excellence, this is the position for you. As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for maintaining staff coordination and high quality standards while contributing to the casino's goal of providing exceptional guest service.

Two years experience cooking in a dinner house
Ability to handle up to 35 orders at one time
Experience filleting, cutting fish and making a variety of sauces from scratch
Experience training staff in culinary knife skills
Culinary school preferred
