Marketing Coordinator Roles/Responsibilities
Objective: Work closely with Creative team and office staff to build brand awareness for multiple brands across platforms including online and print. Create and maintain relationships with beauty industry publications in advertising, social events, and always looking for press opportunities and exposure to gain hype and buzz for our brands. Including, writing copy for press releases, social media posts, packaging materials, catalogs/brochures, presentations, commercial scripts, and sales materials. Duties will also include assisting with coordinating trade show materials throughout the year.
The Marketing Coordinator is a “self-starter”, drives his/her own daily tasks, and works well in a creative and outgoing environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Copy Writing
• Copy Editing
• Well versed in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and searching for potential social media outlets to create brand buzz.
• Some knowledge of the beauty industry (specifically nails and spa) a plus.
