Director, Facilities & Maintenance Division: Marine Corps Community Services, Camp Lejeune
Five years of experience that demonstrates knowledge and experience in applying the principles, methods, techniques and theories of field engineering to oversee the management and administration of facilities and maintenance functions, and processes of Military Construction (MILCON) programming, a minimum of one year having been at a supervisory level.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Degrees in fields of engineering, industrial technology, construction management, physical science or mathematics are preferred.
Knowledge of work methods and practices of various building trades.
Knowledge of pertinent safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred.
This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
Starting salary $44.88 per hour ($93,350 annualized).
