P/T Human Resources Manager 20 hours per week with flexible schedule. Successful candidate will perform HR functions and oversee bi-weekly payroll process. Duties will include benefits administration, employee records administration, compliance with HR laws and regulation, performance management, and general HR tasks. PC skills to include knowledge of Excel, Word and Google. Must be able to organize and prioritize work flow. Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Management or equivalent required. Experience preferred.
