Responsibilities and Job functions:
Managing people utilizing positive and corrective feedback.
Directly responsible for areas of the restaurant in regards to training, operations, and cleanliness.
Must have the ability to consistently communicate restaurant targets and expectations to all employees.
Maintain equipment cleanliness standards.
Leadership - Setting goals for all employees and always leading by example.
Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for all employees.
Displays a "every customer counts" attitude by training and holding all employees accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
Drives the implementation of company programs and new products by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing employees to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives.
Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, and standards of Team Gallo McDonald's.
Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to all employees to ensure smooth flow of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Constantly reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to all employees to achieve operational and profitability goals.
