As a designated care provider at Sharon Towers, you will be at the center of what we do best, caring for the residents of our community.

• You will build meaningful relationships with a specified number of residents and their families as you provide assistance with activities of daily living, attend to individual care needs and get to know their unique preferences and personalities.
• You will notify nursing staff of changes in condition.
• You will assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual care plan.

Job Requirements

A successful CNA candidate is dedicated and passionate about serving our seniors. Will provide quality care to residents in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and their individuality. Must be willing to provide exceptional customer service in support of Sharon Towers Service Promise.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm as well as be willing to assist residents based on what cognitive level they are experiencing.
• Provide individualized care and attention to each resident promoting their well-being.
• Must always communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, family members, visitors and other team members.
• Attend to the needs of the residents in a timely, professional and caring manner.
• Outstanding communication skills, excellent customer service skills and positive demeanor.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical records to document resident care accurately and timely.
• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success.
• Current NC CNA registration. At least one year experience working as CNA in assisted living or skilled care.
• Must have a flexible schedule (able to work weekends and holidays).
• Someone will be in contact with you, if your skills and qualifications meet our current needs. All submissions will remain on file for 6 months.
