Tribal Court Administrator
The incumbent will serve as lead administrator working closely with Judge, clerk of court, probation officer and county district and juvenile court administrators: Knowledge of court rules, procedures, legal documentations ability to prepare legal documents: Develops, prepares and administrates contracts, grants, and intergovernmental agreements: Supervises case flow and jury management, security/facility management, intergovernmental relations, information technology management, management of problem solving courts (drug courts, mental health courts, children and family services planning.): analyses case activity, including trends in case processing, disbursement and collections: Plan, develop and implement short and long range goals and objectives: Initiating and evaluation of new service delivery techniques leading to long range strategic planning: Liaison with local, county and state agency personnel: establish sound financial controls, organizing budgets and authorizing and monitoring budget allocations.
BA in Public Administration or JA degree in law or related field and six (6) years' experience. $25.00hrly closes 09/13/14.
