Job Description

VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE CHIEF PERMIT CLERK with exp. in a municipal government environment reporting directly to the Director of BZP. Duties will include supervising, training directing & evaluating work of 5 permit clerks. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with the gen. public, be highly organized, detail oriented, have good organizational skills and have exp. working with computers and be proficient in Microsoft Word & Permitting Software. The ability to speak Spanish is pref'd but not req'd. Non exempt pos. with salary range minimum $38,182.60 up to a maximum of $59,233.74.
