AR Clerk & AP Clerk ( F/T)
We are a privately held logistics company looking to hire a Full-time AR Clerk & AP Clerk. We are searching for a talented professional with a great attitude. We work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a go-getter with lots of common sense & flexible personality.
• Creating invoices, debit/credit memos and adjustments from contracts and other source documents
• Creating Reports for AP, paying vendor weekly
• Solving inquiries and/or discrepancies found on invoices, debit/credit memos and adjustments.
• Creating and maintain customer files, contracts and invoices.
• Interacting with customers / vendors as needed
• Associate's degree preferred in Accounting.
• Minimum two years of accounting experience
• Experience in Excel and Quickbooks Accounting Software
• Energetic, self-starter, able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
