Direct assistant to the President Assist Sales Executive with Purchase Orders and working with clients when necessary Supervise all office needs and serve as front line for visitors and phone calls Properly handle contact with vendors, agencies etc.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible; Revise documents, Request Updated Certificate of Insurance, W-9, Resale Certificates and Tax Exempt Forms from Vendors Fill out applications requested by vendors Create monthly expense report for President Administration of insurances, contracts and other similar administrative needs.
Position requires Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Excellent computer skills a MUST: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access a plus. Minimum 2 years' experience Fluent in English (Spanish a plus) Previous experience with advertising a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and oral/writing communication skills required. Ability to exercise sound judgment, take responsibility for meeting deadlines, and be a skilled problem solver.
