Commission Records Coordinator (Replacement)

Working under the direction of the Senior Development Review Officer, the Records Coordinator performs all aspects of maintaining the Commission's records, both digital and paper, including records storage and control, processing all legal documents, and responding to public records requests. Applicants should possess knowledge of general records mgmt including digital records, clerical support practices and procedures, skill in oral and written communication, and organizing and prioritizing work. Applicants must be proficient in Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office software suite and modern office equipment.

At a minimum, applicants must process a technical school diploma or associates degree with (3) years experience as a legal/executive assistant or (5) five years experience sufficient to the knowledge and level of competency in similar position.

Starting salary is $29,250. Commission offers a competitive benefit package. Application deadline is July 18, 2014.
