Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative


JOB PURPOSE



Providing customer support by communicating with customers and production department in order to ensure customer satisfaction as well as coordinating initial order processing and subsequent delivery.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY


- Answering phones and greeting customers & various visitors.

- Communicating with customers and sales force to receive orders and provide internal and external updates as well as any other information necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Providing production department with work orders and quality sheets as well as any other pertinent information.

- Entering new orders in the system and creating estimates and invoices according to customer's requirements while coordinating pricing and other relevant details with sales force.

- Managing and ensuring prompt shipping to customers.

- Creating bulletins, memos and other documents as required by management.

- Maintaining and organizing office supplies inventory.

- Any other functions required by management.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES


Education/ Licensure/ Credentials

Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor or Associates Degree


Experience Required: Customer Service Experience.
Preferred: 2 years sales and customer service.


Special Knowledge/ Skills

Required: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Preferred: Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
