TURLOCK IRRIGATION DISTRICT
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Engineering Technician - Electrical I-II COMPENSATION $4,749.00 - $6,680.00 Per Month Perform a variety of sub professional office and field engineering work including planning, designing and coordinating construction, operation and maintenance of electrical generation, transmission and distribution facilities; to provide assistance to other engineering staff; customers, construction personnel, outside agencies, and others as necessary; and may provide functional and technical supervision over less experienced technical staff as assigned. Qualifications - Equivalent to an Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in engineering, mathematics, economics, or drafting, or a related field. ET - Electrical II requires two years of increasingly responsible experience performing duties equivalent to the Engineering Technician - Electrical I. CA Driver's License required for all levels. At time of hire, physical exam, drug & alcohol screen, and background check prerequisites for employment.
