The account services representative is a liaison between our customers and the factory. This position should possess general product knowledge; ensure customer satisfaction through the timely and complete processing of orders, parts, and returns. Position ensures that customer balances are collected within terms, is able to evaluate customer's financial abilities, and uses company policy and experience to guide decisions. Works independently with minimal supervision. The individual will need to have the ability to write reports, correspondence or response letters to customers. Excellent communication skills required to interface with customers on the telephone. Ability to successfully understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions when dealing with problems in handling customer service routine phone calls. Requires for individual to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines and deal with various complex issues on a daily basis. Follow all Company Safety and Health Policies and Procedures, as well as Corporate Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Requires a minimum of an Associate Degree and 3 to 5 years experience; frequently stand; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
