We are seeking an individual to manage and build key relationships with existing customers. This person will be responsible for making a wide variety of outgoing calls to existing and potential customers, with the goal of growing sales, soliciting market feedback, establishing new business, and communicating about new product programs and marketing initiatives. The right candidate will be outgoing, personable and good at building relationships over the phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project a warm and friendly tone over the phone
Make outgoing calls to existing Feetures! customers with the goal of increasing sales using call lists that are established on a weekly basis by sales management.
Make outgoing calls as a follow up to customer visits by sales management.
Make outgoing calls to customers following major trade shows, expos, retailer conferences, etc.
Make follow up calls to new Feetures! accounts to determine how the brand is performing.
Make outgoing calls to potential accounts from leads provided by sales management.
Develop leads for potential new accounts, and make outgoing calls to these customers to try and establish new business.
Make outgoing calls during booking periods to solicit booking orders.
Make outgoing calls to gather market intelligence on our own products, and the competitive landscape.
Develop daily summary reports of outgoing calls and sales generated.
Travel periodically to work trade shows and events

- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships over the phone
- Ability to identify and resolve problems and work with management to develop solutions
- Ability to gather and analyze information and provide feedback to management and clients.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities for effective time management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally
- 2-4 year degree preferred
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus!
