BANQUET CHEF (Full-Time) Seeking someone to oversee all food preparation in our Banquets Kitchen area Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in related culinary field
• Oversee product consistency & plate presentation for catering events & make necessary modifications according to business needs
• Monitor & enforce Company & departmental safety policies & Health Department standards
• Oversee all kitchen related activities pertaining to the normal operation of the catering menu & staff
• Coordinates service of food with catering needs
• Must be able to obtain class III gaming license (upon hire)
