Human Resources Manager

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager position works with the Administrator to develop and maintain a productive, high quality workforce that meets the care and service needs of Center patients and their families. The position ensures compliance with applicable rules and regulations and Human Resources related policies, procedures and programs. This highly visible position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment, retention, turnover focus processes, and recognition processes that encourage a committed, customer-oriented workforce; assists with investigating and resolving issues; communicates and assists with HR policies and benefits. Requires outstanding communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Candidate must have a four year degree in related field; Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional of Human Resources (PHR) designation preferred, and/or four years of HR management experience.
