Farmers Insurance is looking for someone that is dedicated, motivated and driven towards success to come onto our award winning training program to become a Farmers Agent.

We will offer you the training and guidance needed to be successful. You will have in classroom training, one on ones and we will send you to LA to attend the University of Farmers.

Farmers Insurance Agents have three basic responsibilities:

  • Market Farmers Insurance products
  • Market Farmers Financial Services
  • Service new and existing policyholders
