Job Description



DIRECTOR OF RECRUITING + HR 
Works out of the Corporate office and reports to the COO & President
Up to $100k starting base salary




JOB DESCRIPTION:

GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a constant Brand Ambassador.
  • Attract and retain the best individuals for all positions within our system.
  • Develop and manage the HR systems and administrative tools.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - RECRUITING
  • Develop a consistent and constant online recruiting presence including Social Media.
  • Screen all candidates and narrow to select individuals that are the perfect fit for our brand and culture.
  • Coordinate all activities with all 3rd party recruiting firms.
  • Develop attractive employment packages to make the brand a premier employment opportunity.
  • Work with Operations and Training to define a clear internal recruiting and development strategy.

CORPORATE HR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate, train and enforce all current HR policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement needed HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer all Employee Benefits with the Director of Finance.
  • Manage all personnel files and paperwork.
  • Manage a strict review schedule for all team members.
  • Communicate recommendations and best practices with the franchise community.
CORPORATE PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate, train and enforce all current payroll policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance department.
  • Strategize with Operations on payroll and labor inefficiencies.
  • Protect the Company by strict adherence to all State and Federal laws and requirements.
  • Automate payroll processing.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to evaluate people and personalitiesquickly
  • Strong ability to prioritize and stay on point
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Flexible schedule, occasional nights and weekends when business requires
  • Occasional domestic and international travel for recruiting and job fairs

EDUCATION:
College degree required and SPHR Certificate preferred.

  • Currently or recently employed with a corporate chain concept
  • Two plus years salaried Restaurant Manager experience
  • No unexplainable employment gaps on your resume
  • Great tenure and career progression
  • No more than three jobs in 10 years
