Armchem International Corporation is seeking extremely motivated and independent Outside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. Our outside sales representative is responsible for building and servicing his/her territory by developing business relationships with potential and existing accounts that can utilize our extensive line of products. Our client base is almost any business as our products are used in a wide variety of industries including Municipalities, Restaurants, Hotels, Manufacturers, Hospitals, Schools, Retailers, and many more.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Making multiple cold calls every day with potential accounts to introduce the Armchem International brand, demonstrating products, and closing the sale
  • Developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Selling industrial supplies and our wide range of other products to businesses
  • Conducting all activities in accordance with established company policies
  • Submitting all written reports required by corporate management in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Outside Sales Representative

  • History of success and a preferred minimum of 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Goal oriented and results focused
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative products
  • Capacity to learn and be trained on selling techniques and extensive product line
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Starting Base Salary, plus bonus, commission and car allowance with a typical first year combined total of $40K - $50K
  • Local territory with no overnight travel
  • Home based office
  • Sales awards, trips and bonuses
  • Rapidly growing company with opportunity for advancement into management
