Sutherland CloudSource is looking for customer-focused Technical Support Agents to provide seasonal software support (six to nine months) to customers of one of the largest Tax Software companies in the United States.   You will be taking inbound calls and will be responsible for application troubleshooting, accurate and efficient problem diagnosis, and exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in end-user support
  • Strong experience in various Windows OS support including file systems, communication devices, connectivity, and software installation/upgrades
  • Printer and other peripheral device troubleshooting experience desired
    • A High school diploma or GED – college degree a plus
    • Positive team player attitude
    • Solid mathematical skills
    • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
    • Direct client contact technical support experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
    • Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills
    • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications



Technical Requirements - Your system will be tested during our application/assessment process

 

  • Microsoft Windows Operating System -  Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
  • Minimum of 1.99 GB RAM required
  • Minimum Internet Download Speed of 2000 kbps and 384 kbps Upload required – (testing during application with passing results required)
  • Hard Drive Free Space – 10 GB
  • CPU – 2.0 GHZ
  • 4 GB Ram
