Job Description

A large, financial services firm located in downtown Chicago seeks a very detailed Marketing Administrative Assistant to support a busy Financial Representative. Responsibilities will include developing marketing plans for client, track referrals, schedule appointments, and manage the marketing materials.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to reach new clients
  • Make calls and schedule appointments in daily
  • Call and track referrals using various websites
  • Creatively promote the company to gain appointments and referrals
  • Manage firm marketing materials, including resume, website, and insurance
  • Assist in playing loyalty events for top clients
  • Maintain current client database
  • Other various administrative tasks

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Strong knowledge of technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills
