Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Job Description

A boutique investment firm is searching for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team! The Executive Assistant/Office manager will be responsible for providing support to the President and Managing Principal, as well as ensuring the office is ready and prepared for any in-house meetings. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience supporting an executive.


Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Coordinate meetings, including ordering meals, arranging travel, meeting room preparation, etc.
  • Screen and triage phone calls for the President and Managing Principal
  • Manage and track expenses
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, act as the point of contact with the office of the building
  • Other special side projects as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 5 years of executive support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organized, detailed and self-directed
