Executive Assistant to Division President

Job Description

A global consulting company seeks an Executive Assistant in their downtown Chicago office.  The Executive Assistant will support the Division President with daily administrative tasks and special projects. The Executive Assistant should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the administrative role and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the Division President:

  • Act as the primary contact and gatekeeper for Division President
  • Extensive calendar and meeting management
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings per Division President’s requests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Assist and manage special projects 
  • Event planning as needed
  • Personal Assistant requests as needed-errands, dinners, travel

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant to the Division President:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a high level executive
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
