For Inexperienced or Career Changers:

Our Advisor Development Program is highly selective. We use a multiple step process to identify bright and motivated candidates. Over the course of the program, you’ll receive the capital you need to get your business up and running. Our start-up package is above and beyond any commission and fees you generate, and it consists of three stages-  Pre-apprenticeship,  Apprenticeship and Residency.

8 week- pre-apprenticeship phase (Obtain 2-15, Series 7)

6 month apprenticeship (obtain series 66)

& a 48 month Residency

Customized marketing support

Experienced mentoring

Someone with a proven track record of success and leadership

Highly goal oriented and independent

Someone with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives

Belief in financial products and services

Sales and client service oriented

Ability to be coached

An entrepreneur who takes pride in his or her work

Must have a college degree or equivalent work history

  

Preferred (but not required)

Prior sales success or career success

Solid understanding of the financial planning process and needs analysis

Series 7, 66 licensed
