Marketing Manager ( Brand / Product ) - Food

Job Description


1) Make meaningful contributions to marketing, sales and company objectives by driving all marketing efforts of core products with an emphasis on branding, new product promotions/launches, category management and CRM/digital messaging management
2) Research and develop product innovation strategies to drive category growth in multiple channels, including multi-unit, independent, K-12, C&U, healthcare, military and vending
3) Develop and maintain competitive profiles, including strengths, weaknesses, strategies, technical capabilities, nutritional content, product portfolios, marketing initiatives and pricing
4) Oversee the execution of marketing and category plans and activities for all core products
5) Contribute to the development and manage the execution of the marketing plan for core products
6) Support brand awareness initiatives, by executing tactics that support the annual marketing plan with regards to new product development, positioning, messaging and sales training
7) Recommend and develop campaigns and promotions across channels to drive growth with core customer base
8) Oversee core products on company website, including site content, recipes, product pages, etc.
9) Execute all digital messaging encompassing core product messaging

Job Requirements


1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the food industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to people who have recent experience in marketing management
