A stable company in the South Bay is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team! Seeking bilingual in Japanese candidate! Degree is required.

Job Description is as follows:
•Experience handling employee relations matters including but not limited to conducting routine employee investigations, performing management and employee counseling, interpreting HR policies, etc.
•General understanding of employment laws and regulations
•Excellent communication skills, including ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels
•Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
•Knowledge of HR Performance Management Systems, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
•Ability to travel
•If the candidate has experience managing HR staff, they will manage 1-2 staff

Job Requirements

-4 year college degree and some type of HR certification such as PHR, or GPHR.
•Conversational Japanese language ability
•Minimum of 6 years relevant HR experience
