This person will perform skilled work in the installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, testing and operation of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems, including associated air handling, control devices and equipment, heating, ventilation, chilled water and hot water distribution systems, chillers, boilers and energy management control systems. Candidates must have ability to climb ladders, work in small and confined spaces, use various breathing apparatus with reasonable accommodation, and perform a moderate level of physical exertion. Applicants must be able to work set and/or rotating shidts as required.
Preferred candidate will:
• have CFC certification for all levels of work performed to meet EPA Type I, II, III, or universal technician requirements as referenced in 40 CFR part 82, subpart F
• have the ability to system troubleshoot, problem-solve and work independently with minimal instruction
