We are expanding our Sales Team in Dallas and are looking for a top-notch, experienced IT Staffing Sales/Account Managers who are committed to the IT Professional Staffing industry and who desire a compensation package that rewards performance and truly carries a six figure potential.
The CCCi IT Staffing Sales/Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining an existing book of business that will require strategic growth of the account(s) in
collaboration with CCCi leadership
- Prospecting in the Dallas market to provide new client acquisition opportunities for CCCi to provide
Information Technology staffing services on a contract, contract to hire or direct hire basis.
- Work with the CCCi recruiting team to qualify and present candidates to CCCi customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and employees alike.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- 2+ years IT staffing sales experience
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to understand and qualify client needs
- Track record developing new business while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing
customers
- Track record selling technical staffing
- Knowledge and experience in the Dallas market
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills
- Strategic account planning and tactical execution skills
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
