What we need:

Top candidates will have a can-do attitude. We are looking for high energy, self-motivated, team players who can to adapt to a dynamic industry.

-o-Creative, solution-based sellers who can come up with ideas that produce results for our customers utilizing our multi platform opportunities

-o- Self starters, who can develop revenue, grow our customer base, increase share, and provide the highest level of customer service.

-o- Find new and non-traditional revenue through consistent and creative prospecting. Ability to meet with customers, listen and assess their needs, and provide creative and successful marketing solutions that produce results.

-o- Develop non-TV advertisers by utilizing station marketing resources.

-o- Develop web revenue through needs based analysis meetings with traditional and non-traditional advertisers.

-o- Other responsibilities include designing presentations, negotiating business, selling local specials and sponsorships, proactively merchandising the station.

-o- Experience in using psychographic research and/or other marketing research tools, and computer literacy is helpful.

What you need

-o- Minimum 2-3 years experience in advertising sales, television sales experience strongly preferred.

-o- Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development.

-o- College degree preferred.

-o- Knowledge of basic word-processing, Windows and Excel software, and preferably knowledge of Wide Orbit sales traffic system and MediaOffice.

-o- Position requires excellent communication skills, as well as organizational and creative skills.

-o- Position requires a valid Colorado driver’s license with an excellent driving history, as well as reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
