Looking for a Help Desk resource to help with an expected increase in calls due additional customer request. They will be providing technical assistance via phone and email to users across multiple locations. Answer questions or resolve problems by walking users thru necessary steps. Must have experience working in a Windows environment with a high call volume. They will be supporting 500-600 users and must document, track and close tickets accordingly. They are looking for a strong personality and proven CS skills to help manage other techs. They will be providing technical assistance via phone and email to users across multiple locations.
