Job Summary

ResCare Workforce Services (RWS) Employer Solutions, the nation's largest workforce services provider, is seeking a Business Services Manager to function as a lead sales executive of a multi-site temporary staffing and workforce operation that serves the needs of local businesses and job seekers.  The Business Services Manager must be a high-energy professional who is proficient in building healthy working relationships with corporate executives that will simultaneously help local businesses fill vacant positions and connect job seekers to the career of their dreams.  This salary, plus-commission position will be based in Southeast Wisconsin and will serve as the lead liaison with the business community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an aggressive, innovative sales plan that builds working relationships with local employers.
  • Build regional brand awareness for RWS Employer Solutions and its capabilities by developing a comprehensive networking strategy with prospective businesses and community partners.
  • Coordinate with RWS Business Services team and Career Specialists to assure employment placement goals and objectives are met.
  • Ensure Career Specialists and Recruiters are referring qualified applicants to local hiring companies.
  • Customize and deliver sales presentations, promotional materials and other marketing information for prospective businesses and community partners.
  • Develop an evolving expertise on local labor market trends.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in psychology, marketing, business, human resources or related fields.
  • Experience with relationship management, both employer client and internal staff, in a high volume work environment, particularly in workforce development environment or an equivalent combination.
  • At least 5 years of related experience with a minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience with set targets and goals.
  • 1-3 years of direct management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and retaining business customers is essential.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools or other database systems in order to track and manage services and outcomes preferred.
  • Must have the ability to manage towards goals in order to ensure the successful achievement of those goals by specific deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in both a team and individual setting is a must.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders is essential.
