The Corporate Finance Attorney Job Responsibilities:

• Representing issuers, investors and underwriters in a wide range of public and private offerings of equity and debt securities

• Corporate governance matters

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Cross-border transactions

• Securities and private equity transactions

• Rule 144A equity and debt offerings

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school

• Experience in the REIT industry

• Two or more years’ experience handling complex corporate transactions, securities law and corporate governance matters

• A strong work ethic

• Excellent academic credentials

• Strong legal research and writing skills,

• Willingness to work as a team player

• Demonstrated exceptional work product

• North Carolina bar license preferred
