Primary Duties & Responsibilities Are:

    The JISOWE QRT project is directed to develop, test, and evaluate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to suppmt the operational employment planning of the current family of standoff systems. The operational planning for standoff systems is inhibited by the lack of a single model for planning all types of standoff weapons and the complex battlespace (that is, threats, timing, and moving targets) that must be considered in order to optimize the effects of these low density weapons. The JISOWE QRT will evaluate all current planning models for suitability and, based on that assessment, provide TTP for the integrated planning and employment of joint packages of standoff munitions, decoys, and jammers Responsible for customer contact and successful completion of all objectives of the MSSOW Quick QRT under the OSD DOT&E program. This position will be responsible for daily supervision of up to three QRT personnel. Responsible for accomplishment of all program requirements and deliverables including the master plan and all required technical and informational briefings. Responsible for oversight of test measure development and initial development of test methodology and test venues.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 10+ years of related DoD experience

• 8+ years experience in joint/Service test and evaluation, to include understanding of joint test and evaluation procedures and conduct of Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) test operations.
• Needs to have an understanding of test and evaluation processes and data management, and analysis planning to include methods of data collection, data processing and validation, data analysis, and results presentation.
• Strong background and understanding of TTP development and testing process within DoD
• Prior experience in PACOM or PACAF Air Operations Center or Planning Cells
• Experience in Fighter Operations employment and planning
• Strong Microsoft Software skill and usage

Completion of appropriate DOD PME
Experience in weapons emplyment planning and knowledge of weapons employ ment planning factors
Graduate of Service Weapons School
